2. Initial Contact and Inquiries

Information you submit through our "Request a Consultation" form is transmitted to our team via standard email delivery. While we treat all incoming inquiries as confidential, we recommend that you refrain from disclosing deep technical specifications, patentable inventions, or proprietary trade secrets in the initial contact form until a formal Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) has been executed.

3. Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA)

We offer the option to request an NDA directly through our consultation form. If you indicate that an NDA is required, our team will prepare and execute a formal Non-Disclosure Agreement before requesting or reviewing any technical disclosures, patent drafts, or proprietary research data.

4. Internal Access Controls

Access to client communications, invention disclosures, and research data is strictly limited to authorized Innoventory Solutions consultants and subject matter experts who are bound by internal confidentiality obligations. Our administrative systems require authenticated access, ensuring that client information is only available to personnel directly involved in your consulting engagement.

5. Exclusions

Our confidentiality obligations do not apply to information that:

• Is or becomes publicly known through no fault of Innoventory Solutions
• Was already rightfully in our possession prior to your disclosure
• Is independently developed by our team without reliance on your confidential information
• Is required to be disclosed by law or regulatory authority, subject to prior notice to you where legally permissible
